Nothing gets us more excited than to meet new people and learn about their story. We thoroughly enjoy building relationships with our clients and getting to know how they came to this point in time. No matter how small or complex your project is, we want to hear what you have to say and help retell your stories. Whether you are marrying the person of your dreams, a business, performing artist, or announcing a new family member, we are ready to tell your story through a cinematic styled film.
At Webster Media, it's our goal to create an amazing cinematic styled film crafted around who you are and what your story is. We cannot wait to help you retell your stories.
Film Packages
Wedding Highlight
2+ mins.
The Wedding Highlight is a highlight film of the day where there is less focus on reception speeches and natural sounds of the day. It is more like a music video. We will still incorporate your vows and officiant audio.
Wedding Short
4+ mins.
The Wedding Short tells the story of your day in a cinematic styled film. More emphasis is placed on the ambient audio of the day, vows, and speeches. This film is focused on details that would otherwise be a fading memory.

Next Steps
Regardless of what package you choose, you will have me from sunrise till your grand exit. I do not charge per hour. Keep in mind I also offer Rehearsal Dinner coverage. I would film 2-4 hours of the rehearsal and dinner and also provide voice amplification for speeches/toasts during the rehearsal dinner.

My films are stories told through a cinematic lens. Meaning, how I capture your wedding day will be through the mindset of a cinematographer. Retelling your wedding day will be done through storytelling techniques used in cinematic films combined with using ambient audio from the day along with a soundtrack that matches you two as a couple and the aura of your wedding day.
I very much enjoy answering questions about my process of filmmaking, so please ask any questions! I am always available to my couples, so never hesitate to reach out to me! I am usually available weekdays after 2:00pm and as late into the evening as needed. Let me know what times work best for you. If you need an earlier time, let me know and I will rearrange my schedule accordingly.
As for the next steps in booking me: I will need to collect some information on your wedding day. Fill out the following form. Don't worry about details that have not come to fruition yet. Fill out as much as you can and we can fill in the missing details later. https://www.webstermediasolutions.com/form-wedding
Once I have the wedding form info I will draft our service agreement. You will receive it in an email. Once you look it over and sign it electronically we can process the date reservation fee of $140, which also goes towards final payment. Final payment is due one week before the wedding day.
Once we get two to three weeks from your wedding day we will do, what I call, a "First Date". This is typically virtual and we discuss the day from both yours and my perspective. We will also spend some time getting to know each other. I like to learn as much about my couples as possible (how you met, things you like to do with each other, without each other, types of music, etc...). I also provide some time for the two of you to give me input as to the style and feel of your film, including music styles.

I'm excited for you and your fiancé! I can't wait to learn more about the two of you and your wedding day and answer any questions you might have about my films, workflow, and any other questions you might have.
